Senior Designer / Design Director
Up to £60k, Liverpool
One of the region’s top branding and creative agencies is looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Designer to join the leadership group for the day to day running of the agency. The agency produces work of an extremely high standard and this person can be instrumental in the continued success and growth of the agency, so if you’re looking for an opportunity to make what you want of a role then this is for you. You’ll have superb mentorship available in supporting you to becoming the best CD you can be. They have a solid platform for someone to come in, show their talent and flourish. You should be strong conceptually, with a strong idea running through every piece of work in your portfolio, you will be adept at developing strong brand strategy and bringing to life across multiple channels. You’ll be able to lead and command the respect of the design team. You’ll need to be comfortable client facing, as well as a team player who enjoy being hands on creatively. They often get complicated business challenges rather than your typical straight forward creative brief, so experience of those types of briefs from clients would be beneficial. For the right person who makes the impact needed, there is potential to become an integral part of the agencies future. Attributes needed – desire, ambition, energy, inspirational, hard-working, good communication skills, good presenter, who understands the structure and logic of selling an idea. This role needs someone from a Design/Branding agency background, rather than Advertising or Digital. This role isn’t in Manchester city centre, we’re looking for someone who’s ambition allows them to look beyond working in the Northern Quarter!
