We’re working with a growing animation studio working in e-learning to add a Midweight Instructional Designer to their team. You’ll be responsible for building SCORM compliant e-learning courses using appropriate software such as Articulate Storyline and Captivate and building resources which support learning outcomes. You’ll be key at working out the best way for learning content to be delivered such as animated videos, quizzes, games etc, which bits should be animated, which should be text and which need voiceover, working closely with the Animation team, Graphic Designers and Scriptwriters. You’ll also be responsible for uploading and testing to multiple partner platforms and relevant channels, editing and proofreading draft content as well as the creation of accompanying resources like course descriptions, handouts, thumbnails etc. You’ll need a minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Instructional Designer with a good understanding of the best way to learn and what makes a good e-learning course for different required outcomes, with a good handle on Articulate Storyline and SCORM.
