Marketing Communications Executive – Charity

This is a great opportunity to join a charitable not-for-profit organisation as a Marketing Communications Executive. This new role will lead on recruitment marketing campaigns for this national charity, reporting into the Marketing Communications Manager. You will plan and implement one-off and ongoing recruitment campaigns both online and offline using creative and engaging methods. You’ll be responsible for ensuring a strong brand when it comes to recruitment, developing campaign project proposals including costings, working closely with the design team and through to implementation and reporting. You’ll ensure there is an excellent portfolio of recruitment collateral and materials are available, you will manage the recruitment approach using social media, help organise and run recruitment events, and ensure the website is kept up-to-date and relevant. Ideally you’ll have a minimum of 2 years marketing experience, this could from an in-house or agency role. Any experience of the charity sector or recruitment marketing campaigns would be beneficial.
