We’re working with a fast-growing and global tech brand in Manchester who are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager. The role will lead on digital campaign planning, conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and analytics across a number of B2B and B2C brands. You’ll ensure content across all digital channels is supporting wider marketing strategy, analytics reporting, driving improvements to customer journeys across websites and apps with A/B testing and click/form tracking, as well as ensuring strong UX principles are applied. It’s key to have the right attitude, this is a global business in a growth phase, so it’s important you are comfortable rolling your sleeves up and getting things done, working with stakeholders from across the business. You’ll work in a small marketing team and alongside a Design, Dev & UX team in-house, as well as working with and managing external agencies. You’ll need experience within a numbers driven and analytical digital role, sectors such as Financial Services and Ecommerce could be very suitable, or any role where you’ve had to understand customer journeys to purchase, online decision making and had experience of CRO strategies.
