Digital Account Manager
Our client is an award winning Digital Agency based in the Northern Quarter who are growing steadily. They’ve got a lot of hands on digital marketing specialists within the agency and but the role of Account Manager is to ensure high levels of client service and satisfaction are maintained, that clients have a great experience with the agency, and deliver results. Your role will be to support the MD and Client Director across a number of clients, many of whom are on monthly retainers, others on projects you’ll be tasked with turning them into retained clients, ensuring that clients are happy and are getting the right service level and results. You should be commercially aware, with the skill to up-sell and cross-sell services to existing clients. You’ll work closely with internal teams and should have a good overarching knowledge of digital marketing channels and a track record of delivering services such as SEO, PPC, Social, Web Design, Inbound Marketing, etc, with a minimum of 2 years agency experience under your belt, you’ll be looking for more responsibility and possibilities to develop and grow your career.
