Digital Account Director
We’re working with a well-established agency in the city centre who are going through a period of growth with a number of recent client wins. As part of their plans they are looking for a talented Digital Account Director to join the team, and to reduce the need for the MD to be involved with day to day client operations, and spend greater time on agency growth and operations. Their work encompasses all elements of the marketing mix with a strong focus on Digital channels, and their clients are a varied mix across B2C and B2B brands, with a 50/50 split between retained and project clients. You’ll also need to have an eye for good creative, be commercially focused, proactive and strategic. You’ll have a number of Account Manager’s and Exec’s to support you and you’ll be responsible for their development, as well as growing the Account Handling team. We’re happy to look at experienced AD’s as well as those that are perhaps newer at AD level, this role will take a leading position in the future direction, growth and success of the agency, and could grow into CSD eventually.
