Customer Success Manager
We’re working with a growing digital agency in Manchester city centre looking to find an experienced Customer Success Manager. Their clients work on a fantastic marketing automation platform and this role is ideal for a CSM who enjoys building customer relationships, takes initiative, solves problems and works collaboratively. Your role will include –
– Advising clients on best practice
– Designing solutions to client business needs using the platform and third-party Apps
– Aligning the tools set-and Apps to processes once mapped and setting up the tools accordingly
– Providing clients with ongoing advice and consultancy in the use of these tools
– Establishing processes and documentation for consultancy and implementation of the platform
– Training clients and colleagues on the use of tools
– Keeping up to date with the toolset and third-party Apps to become the ‘go-to’ technical lead in the agency for both clients and colleagues
Ultimately the end goal is to ensure clients are happy with the results generated from working with the agency and on the platform. You’ll need to be technically minded, able to quickly understand how the platform works and its benefits, with previous experience as a Customer Success Manager in a tech, marketing or SaaS business. We’re looking for a problem solver, inquisitive and with the ability to understand complex needs and processes and successfully map them. If you’ve got an understanding and interest in digital marketing, and any experience of marketing automation software that would be beneficial.
