Creative Director – Inhouse
We’re working with a market leading Ecommerce brand who are looking to appoint a new Creative Director. They’re looking for someone to be their brand guardian, to ensure the brand is consistent in all areas and that all creative output across all channels is of the highest quality. You’ll be responsible for mentoring and developing their creative team of 10+, and you’ll work closely with marketing on planning and developing campaign work, as well as having a close relationship with the Board and CEO on the future growth and direction of the brand. We’re looking for someone with significant creative leadership and managerial experience, so you should be a strong motivator and have an excellent track record at getting the best out of your team and developing young talent. You’ll run the creative department as a business unit so it’s important you are also commercially strong too. This is a very driven and entrepreneurial business, and we’re looking for someone with similar ambitions and drive. They will not consider anyone who does not have experience within a similar sized in-house role, ideally with a brand within the fashion/beauty/retail/ecommerce arena. If your experience is just based in agencies unfortunately your application will not be successful.
