Client Development Director
We are working with a well-established global agency in Cheshire who are looking for someone with a strong background in client development within an agency environment to join their team. Although they are a large agency, employees work in smaller tight knit teams to help the work much more collaboratively and to be able to understand specific clients’ needs and expectations much better. You’ll be responsible for working closely with a number of agency teams and be responsible for the integration of digital and creative solutions, taking a complete multi-channel approach. The role will be varied and include a mix of relationship building, business development, strategic planning and project delivery, and you should be used to working with internal and external stakeholders. You should have strong business development skills, with a strong eye for creative and spotting opportunities within existing clients, as well as excellent influencing and presentation skills. You’ll need a minimum of 5 years agency experience, top notch account management and client development skills.
