Business Development Manager / Account Manager

Our client is a successful, independent agency based just outside of Manchester. They have a number of clients they feel have the potential to grow with them, one is a well known FMCG brand, but the MD doesn’t have the time to do this nor the resources currently, so needs an experienced pair of hands that can take over responsibility for these accounts. So perhaps you are a doing New Business for an agency but would prefer focusing on organic growth of existing accounts? Or perhaps you are an experienced Account Handler that has a track record of growing accounts? They are doing a lot of internal comms for these clients, everything from literature, video, events, pop up banners, powerpoint, etc, and they need someone who can really understand clients with sizeable and complex marketing structures, and understand how to work their way through an organisation and expand the range of contacts the agency is working with, and ultimately grow revenue. They’d like someone with previous experience of developing and growing clients, so you should be a strong people person, able to develop and build strong relationships. There is excellent opportunities for progression with this growing agency.
