Account Director – Patient Strategy
We’re working with a growing and successful Healthcare Communications Agency who are looking to bring a Patient Strategy specialist into their team. The role is responsible for setting and implementing patient engagement strategies for clients, right from the new business stage and outlining the agencies focus on patient initiatives, and acting as an outward facing thought leader. You’ll be utilising and leveraging data and insights, and on-trend market knowledge into actionable patient strategies, shaping and inputting into client meetings, and working closely with Client Services, Digital Creative and Medical teams to connect creativity and technology to solve client and patient problems. You’ll be developing robust project plans and leading multiple projects from conception to completion, through to analysing and reporting back on success of engagement strategies to clients. You’ll need to be a commercially aware leader and strategist, who represents the patients needs in all discussions with clients and internal colleagues, who can understand and empathise with the patients journey and needs. We’re looking for someone with several years’ experience in a similar role either agency or in-house, involved in Patient Strategy and/or Patient Engagement.
