Account Director – Healthcare
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Manchester’s most creative agencies and take ownership of an account that is delivering category disruption and is a growth driver for the agency. This is a healthcare client but not as you might expect, there are no traditional campaigns, publications or medical affairs here, this agency along with their client are challenging the creative status quo and breaking convention in the healthcare and pharma sector. You’ll be creating disruptive experiences and driving the agency/client relationships, ensuring the client achieves their goals and the agency continues to grow in this sector. You’ll need to be hugely passionate about your client’s business, one step ahead of their needs and comfortable taking strategic leadership, with your primary remit of building strong, value added relationships at all levels. You’ll be managing a number of AM and AE level staff, helping them to develop, as well as managing 6-7 figure budgets, so you’ll need similar experience from past roles. We’re looking for several years at AD level, with Healthcare / Pharma sector experience at some point in your career, with a collaborative approach to working with creative, strategy and production teams and excellence in a pitch situation.
