When we first started recruiting for the creative industry Macs were just being introduced, the internet hadn’t yet hit the public ‘domain’ and we used an electronic typewriter! Time and technology have marched on but we still like to sit down with our creative candidates and let them tell us the stories behind their work, which is one of the best parts of our job. We recruit art directors, designers, artworkers and of course many a wonderful account handler.


We’ve recruited through the introduction of the world wide web, the dot com bubble bursting and the rise and rise of the digital agency. We’ve also worked with many a superb integrated agency who have embraced all that is digital and embedded it into the heart of their clients’ campaigns. We all keep on learning and the job titles keep evolving – developers, project managers and designers of all guises.


Content is king and along with our clients we are learning the power of the phenomenon that is social media, despite our director Julie’s complete inability to say anything in 140 characters or under. So, we’ve recruited a large number of social media managers in the last couple of years, along with PRs who have become integral to the content creation process for b2b, b2c and c2c (we had to look that last one up the first time we were briefed!)


Despite our name, we don’t just recruit creatives although we are very good at helping companies recruit creative talent for their in-house studios. We also recruit senior brand managers for FMCG clients, digital marketing executives for companies big and small, heads of marketing for leading lights and a whole host of web designers! And over the years just about everything in-between.
