Jake has a passion for the art of creative storytelling. With a background in web design, Jake founded and oversaw an experience design agency in Manchester for 13 years prior to joining Dept in 2019. Dept has a team of over 1500 experienced thinkers and makers innovating in 27 offices across the world. Jake is playing an active role in refreshing Dept’s global brand, as well as influencing how its creative departments approach briefs by applying the ethos of ‘human-first creativity, crafted by data’.
