The one about a banana, a condom and a placement!
Have you heard the one about how a banana and a condom helped a young creative get a placement at a city centre agency? That’s just one of the many stories of our hugely successful Portfolio Review Night!
Challenged by an agency to get a photo of a condom on a banana, our enterprising young creative headed to the nearest Morrisons, was then told by security he wasn’t allowed to put a condom on a banana in the store, but he eventually returned triumphant with his evidence to claim his placement!
This was just one of many brilliant tales from the night, including –
A young creative from Leeds who sold her Foals concert tickets and travelled over from Leeds determined not to miss out on the opportunity for feedback on her portfolio and potential placements, and duly earned herself a placement at a top agency.
One determined creative also journeyed up to Manchester from the South-West, in his words, because there is nothing like this event there!
