It’s time to introduce our Creative Resource Referral Scheme. It has been a real pleasure to have so many candidates recommend us to their friends over the years. It has produced happy outcomes all round.
To make sure we say a proper thank you to anyone who refers a great candidate to us, we are happy to announce our new referral scheme.
It’s pretty simple, if you refer someone to us who we don’t already know, and we go on to subsequently place them in a role, you’ll receive £250 for the e-retailer of your choice, once they have completed 3 months of service.
Not a bad deal, huh?
To recommend your friend or colleague, simply email their name, contact details, and the type of role(s) and location(s) they would be interested in to mail@creativeresource.co.uk
Or simply pass our details, or a job vacancy to your friend and ask them to make sure they mention you referred them to us.
Whichever way it happens, we will acknowledge the referral immediately and let you know if we consequently place them – I’m sure your friend will too!
As with all of these kinds of things, there are always a few simple T&Cs.
Creative Resource Referral Scheme Terms & Conditions:
- All payments made in vouchers for an e-retailer of your choice.
- Candidates must not already be in contact with Creative Resource or on our database. We’ll let you know if they are at the point you refer them so there is no uncertainty.
- Payment is due only after a placed candidate has completed 3 months of employment.
- There is no limit to the number of good candidates you may refer.
- This applies to permanent placements only and excludes temporary placements.
- In the event of any dispute, Creative Resource’s decision is final.
